how much fiber would you say a raw foodist gets each day in comparison to this? is this just the minimum for healthy bowels or just right? Re: fiber

according to nutritiondata.com one medium-size apple has 3g of fiber. one medium banana also has 3g of fiber and one medium pear has 6g of fiber. so if you eat 2 apples, 2 bananas, and 2 pears you get 24g of fiber. now think of how much plant-food you eat in a whole day, and you're probably well over 25g.
