Date: March 04, 2012 05:18PM I work overnight at a bakery (9pm to 5am) and I was wondering if there were any snacks I could take with me to munch on while working. I don't really have time to stop and eat so simple handheld foods are good. Re: Foods for energy

Date: March 04, 2012 07:29PM Foods rich in b vitamins tend to be good for energy as not only are B vitamins needed for energy production and to breakdown macronutrients as energy, but they are supportive to the adrenal glands also.
Foods that are mineral rich also tend to be good for energy. [www.vegankingdom.co.uk] Re: Foods for energy

Date: March 04, 2012 08:23PM Dehydrated nuts and or seeds are great, especially if you can put them in something that you can just tip back into your mouth. Also some dehydrated grain crackers would be good or flax crackers. They are cheap to make if you have a dehydrator and you can spice them up the way you want. Re: Foods for energy

Cut up fruits and veggies into bite sized pieces, and put into bags. There is nothing easier. Try romaine lettuce leaves and almonds. Great energy snack! Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 03/04/2012 09:05PM by eaglefly. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
