Best way to clean produce in India???

Date: October 15, 2006 07:08AM I'm not in India now, but I live in Tacloban, Leyte, which I believe to be just as . . . . "third world"! I just wash off the dirt and eat it! I think it is much safer to eat the fruits and veggies here than to eat the meat! You should see the meat, fish and fowl in the markets. . . that's where the stores are buying it!
