It's a sort of public-access infomercial, apparently filmed many years ago, demonstrating live blood analysis and the efficacy of a product called "Megahydrate." A young woman's blood is sampled in front of a microscope and shown on a monitor to be viscous with clumped red blood cells. She drinks some Megahydrate, waits forty minutes, and gives a second blood sample, which shows perfectly normal discrete platelets and clear plasma.
