The raw co-op is quite an accomplishment. As someone who goes through the physical and mental rigors of working an organic produce farm for much of the year, I have a lot of respect and admiration for that type of hands-on work in providing people with good food. Sitting at your computer 70 hours a week and calling people fat is not "activism."

The benefits of raw food are huge. The five sense organs--eyes, ears, nose, skin, tongue--become more receptive, alive. You are born again with a greater sensitivity to life in all forms. The results for me have been more potent on a liquidarian diet coupled with intermittent fasting.

I've got tons of benefits. I have improved my atletic performance a lot. I think the benefits are at the celular level. It is just better and cleaner fuel. And I am still getting better. Weird, but I have this 'pop' energy when dancing. People watching cannot figure it out, as they think it is something "learnt." But is is energy coming out.

The body becomes an energy generator, even on fasting days, you feel great.
