Smoothie or Juice Bar owners

Just wanted to see if there is anybody out there that owns a smoothie or juice bar.

I would like to swap ideas about the business. I am opening my bar in 1 month and would like to see if there is anyone else out there doing it.

It will be 100% raw juices and smoothies.

I haven't heard of anyone on here owning a juice bar from memory, but you might be better to post on the juicing forum. Just hit the 'forum list'above, and it's the second one down.
