Date: June 06, 2012 04:59PM l appreciate the humour, but fruit eating is not for me mainly because l can't pick it fresh straight from the tree. l have tried eating fruit in the mornings that was picked from one day up to three weeks before, but it just makes me feel low energy and pretty ordinary. The more fruit l eat, the worse l feel. lf l eat bananas l feel even worse, l feel tired and full of sugar, so l know it's not for me. Besides, how many bananas sold in shops are actually picked ripe? lf you feel good on fruit, great...but when l eat fruit and vegetables l drag my feet all day long.
l much prefer to eat grass, weeds, algaes, and sprouts in particular. Having a morning of wheatgrass juice, algae, sprouted chia seed greens and sprouted walnuts is pure bliss and high energy that keeps me going for many hours. No overloading on fat because sprouting breaks the high fat levels down into fatty acids. Sprouted birdseed with kelp juice is another good breakfast that gives good energy. Sprouted sunflower greens with sesame seed sprouts makes an excellent dinner that gets me on cloud 10. Fasting all Sunday on weed juice is another good trick.
