Actually, that's a good point, RawPlease. One could argue that in discussing B-12, one could or would naturally debate or discuss getting B-12 through animal products compared to plant products.

But discussing animal products violates the rules, so it's a conundrum.

Not really because you can discuss B12 in plant products as compared to B12 in animal products *without* recommending consumption of the latter. This, I believe, will not violate the rules if there is any sense to them.

For example, one might acknowledge that a particular animal product is superior to plant products with respect to a particular element, and then say "oh well, since we are vegans for many other reasons let's find and discuss if second-best, but a vegan approach to this particular element."

I would say obstinate. You've been asked by the moderator not to promote consuming animal products, yet you continue. Your own author, Mr. Cox concedes he's not vegan, rather pescatarian. This isn't a pescatarian forum. And I for one do not appreciate your pushing animals and animal products on a vegan forum.
