Date: August 18, 2012 07:19PM I use good old coconut oil. Of course, it doesn't provide total sunscreen, but it certainly helps protect the skin, I notice a marked difference when I wear it. Raw diet definitely helps skin's reaction to sunshine, especially foods rich in beta-carotene - maybe that's why I love mangos and melons when I'm in hot countries Also don't wear sunglasses - sounds weird, but sunglasses stop the information getting to your skin to produce more melanin. Wear a hat instead. Of course, you still need to be sensible and respect the sun. Re: Can anyone recommend any natural sunscreen?

Coconut oil works, but only on the beach, otherwise it's too greasy and will mess up your clothes Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
