Date: August 30, 2012 05:46AM has anyone here tried chaga? I found a source, but it said it required a lot of simmering time. Which shouldn't be an issue at this point as I am not anywhere near mostly raw. But it would be a lot more convient if i could eat as is. is there a way to eat it raw? Re: Chaga

It probably will require some time to simmer if you are to make a decoction. There are probably some videos on youtube, personally if you are purchasing on the net then i would probably just try to find a good quality chaga powder. But if you have found a reliable fresh source that is good quality then thats good too. Chaga is an amazing mushroom, especially for its potent anti-viral and anti-cancer benefits.
