Leaves slow down cognitive decline

Duh!

These researchers found more protection from vegetables (especially leaves) than fruits. There was significant protection from only 2.8 servings of vegetables per day. I don't think they separated cooked from raw, however.

I didn't read the study yet (published in the Journal Neurology), it isn't even indexed in medline yet, too new, but if I get a chance to read it I will provide some details.
