Hmm, today so far:

blackberry
strawberry
raspberry
blueberry
pineapple
coconut
apple
orange (first of Fla, too early!)
red graoe
sprouted alfalfa
carrot
tomato
radicchio
romaine
iceberg
arugula (naturally!)
caulfilower
broccoli
walnut
flax
olive oil
blackeyed pea (not raw)
green bell pepper (prefer red but they are too expensive these days)
onion

So far today:

Kefir smoothie made with strawberries, bananas, maca root powder and spirulina.
Two bananas for snack.
Now I am eating a huge green salad made with red leaf lettuce, collard greens and romaine, with tomatoes, cucumbers, sprouted flax seeds, unhulled sesame seeds, wheat germ and the dressing that I made for it.

That's it so far for me!

Hi vegan john,

Well today I juiced some lemons right when I woke up. Then later on I had a few raisins for breakfast this morning. Then I had two oranges for lunch around 12:30, then I got really busy cleaning out our closet, then before I knew it it was 4:00 and I was hungry. So my kids and I ate some grapes. It was delicious. I felt like eating more grapes for later, too, instead of the left over arugula soup I made yesterday. I guess I just am not really THAT hungry today. I may have some sea dulse later, also.

So, what did you eat today vegan john?

I've eaten light so far today:

aloe vera gel in water and a green drink (supplement powder) for breakfast

around noon I had 10 or 12 soaked almonds

around 2:00 I had sliced cuc, celery sticks, mixed lettuces and cherry tomatoes with a tahini dip

around 5:00 I had a fresh lemonade sweetened with Stevia

tonight I plan to do something with Kale (maybe soup)

Today I haven't eaten much yet.

Usually I start with fresh fruit, but had run out and have now been to the shop to stock up. So had a couple of handfuls of gogi berries.

Then I made a raw cacao milk with soaked almonds, raw agarve (but usually don't sweeten my milks), a heaped teaspoon of maca, a little Himalayan sea salt and a little kelp powder, a tablespoon of ground flax seeds, a heaped tablepoon of raw cacao powder and some vanilla. (Sometimes I put goji berries in, but had already eaten some so didn't today). It was very yummy and I had two large glasses in the end.

I shall make a huge raw green salad with lots of green leaves and spinach with cucumber, red pepper, carrot etc soon. Not sure what else I will have ... probably a dressing of some kind.

It's very interesting finding out what you're having ... keep on inspiring me please.

Orange juice and grapes.

Smoothie of Strawberries, raspberries, avocado and mango.

I am making in my dehydrator red, yellow, orange bell pepper / eggplant Ratatouille.

Tomato-veg soup. I blended 4 plum tomatoes and 10 grape tomatoes along with some salt, onion powder, olive oil, garlic clove, bit of agave nectar. The olive oil made it creamy. Poured it into a bowl and then added chopped:
a tomato, some onion, kale, zuchinni and some sunflower sprouts. Yummy - and it made enough to have some tomorrow - less work!

I read what you have eaten and I sincerely found it kind of depressing.

I am trying to be healthy, and I am willing to change my diet, I have even stopped eating pork, but your food options leave me a little disapointed. I really want to change but I just can not turn overnight into a rabit.

Ohhh! This soup is so good! Put all of these in a blender....

1 cup of water
2 cups of arugula
1 cup fresh basil
1 avocado

Blend, then add chunks of tomatoes. I use 2 of the orange tomatoes or a really ripe red tomatoe. My husband likes it too, and he's not raw.

I went outside and picked some golden delicous apples, figs, and concord grapes; later I will have a green smoothie of grapefruit, apples, and parsley, or perhaps a fruit salad with the same things except persimmons and pomegranates.
