Man "ODs" on Brussels Sprouts?!

He was on anticoagulants due to a mechanical heart and since brussels sprouts contain a lot of vitamin K, he had to go the hospital.

It may not be the end of the world today but it sure is upside down!

I just feel that instead of taking an anticoagulant (and having to avoid foods with vitamin K), why not eat lots of blood-THINNING foods such as garlic?
