just curious what do you people do with your seeds like from citris and watermelon and stuff?

I read in a book they are very nutritious... =)

i also read that the white part in the watermelon you are supposed to eat, and it is unnatural for a watermelon to have the red go all the way to the green and have the green be so small.

what do you think?

if anyone is interested i can give you the details of the book, but i don't feel like hobbling into the other room right now (i sprained my ankle falling down the stairs).

I don't eat the citrus seeds, but I do not mind eating watermelon seeds. I've also dryed the watermelon seeds and ground them and made tea which is a good kidney cleansing tea.

I love tomatoe and cucumber seeds, and don't buy those seedless cucumbers.

Love,
Prism
