Date: November 06, 2006 02:28AM How essental is it to eat all organic when practicing a raw diet? I mostly eat non-organic fruits and veggies only because it is what I have access to. Am I better off eating cooked foods or are non-organic food varieties ok, but not preferable? Re: Organic

Date: November 06, 2006 02:40AM I have the same problem, I only have excess to non-organic fruit, still it's better to eat raw and healthy than to eat cooked foods that arn't so good for you, ie: cooked in butter and oils. A lot of foods lose thier nutritional value when they are cooked. Re: Organic
