Is it possible to do "canning" with raw foods?

Date: April 03, 2013 01:57AM IMHO, True "Canning" involves boiling water to seal the jars. It's wouldn't be really raw.
You could dehydrate or store raw food in a sealed or vacuumed-sealed jar but that is not true canning. Therese Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
