Daily Nutrients

I am starting show with becoming a raw vegan and I have been doing tons of research. I am scared that I won't get all of my daily nutrients that I need. What are good ways to know I am getting them?

You could look into this book for a scientific point of view of a raw vegan diet.

Most people think of dangers as deficiencies. However, a sufficiency or excess of nutrients can cause dangers like seen in modern diets. It is more about balance.

Include algaes, sea vegetables and lots of sprouts juices along with sprouted seed pastes and various weeds in your diet. That is the best possible way there is. Need to be very careful with vitamin D and B12...those are two things this diet will never provide enough of for most people, especially vitamin D.
