Date: May 23, 2013 02:48AM So, I have been feeling kind of tired and was trying to figure what is going on. Well I discovered on the days that I cook my broccoli or veggies, I am really tired and foggy.
I guess it goes to show that I just feel cleaner, healthier and more focused when I stick to a more raw diet. I also have been eating baked veggie chips... duh! I know that they are not raw. Well, I can move on from here. what about tofu? Re: jsut a little?

Date: May 23, 2013 08:37AM cruciferous veggies (broccoli) have the effect of making some people sleepy or intoxicated. Use little amounts at a time. They create crystals and can also end up in the joints (where they are felt as pain). If they end up in the brain, they make people sleepy.
baking startches creates acrylamide. Tofu (soy) is a good source of protein but it is not all that good. Depends. If your body was in deep need of protein then the good overcome the bad (GMO and gas). Try to get organic tofu and eat it mixed with lettuce. Re: jsut a little?
