bloated on probiotic?

Does everyone need this? I started taking it again, but it feels like I am more bloated than before.Is this normal?

Just wondering if I should stick to HCL only? Would like to hear others and thoughts on probiotics.

Didn't you ask this before? Also I am curious about taking HCL? Isn't that an animal based product? And how does it make you feel? do you notice a big difference when on it?

Yes, I asked before and looked up the answers but I did not mention the bloating. I guess it takes time to just let my body get accustomed to it again after not taking it for about one month ( probiotic).

I don't think HCL is animal based, geez, I hope not. It helps with digestion in general. I noticed a big difference today without it. However, I do not want to live on supplements!
