Cheeze bliss

Date: June 02, 2013 10:29PM I made a cheezy sauce/dip I had always wanted to try. It was based on two Ani Phyo's recipes. I could not believe how amazing this was. I cut up a green pepper and me and my man went to town on it. This is what I used:
1-ish cup of raw cashews Juice of 1.5 lemons One yellow sweet pepper 1 clove garlic 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast a little water raw salt Italian blend spice Re: Cheeze bliss

Date: June 06, 2013 05:01PM Oh. My. God. I made it for a second time. This time I used cashew PIECES, which brought the price down by two dollars for the 16 oz. bag. I am using Trader Joe's cashews. When I bought the whole ones, me and my guy both loved just eating them as is. Yes, I understand that they are not really "raw." But I am not always loving the non-roasted ones and these tasted very fresh.
In any case, I bought some organic collards from Whole Foods, smeared some cheeze on them (this time I blended a bit of serenno pepper in with it to give it some spice), chopped tomato, sliced red onion, arugula, cuke, and kalamata olives...Roll the collard like a burrito and slice into a few pieces. Yum! Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 06/06/2013 05:02PM by banana who. Re: Cheeze bliss
