Date: December 12, 2013 09:42PM I've noticed the exact same thing, that many raw foodists are spiritual. And I only started looking into this after I started to become more spiritual myself. I would say that raw foods make you more spiritual because they cleanse your mind and body so much that it allows you to be on a higher level of consciousness or be more spiritually awake. My guess would be three reasons: your brain is nourished, pineal gland becomes unclogged, and you're happier and less stressed which allows you to see things more clearly instead of being driven by negative emotions. Sounds like a great book. Those durians have spikes though ya know. It has to be a squashed up fruit food fight. We'd be walking/dancing fruit salads. I forgot about the veggies. Maybe we could just throw the softer lettuce heads? Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 12/13/2013 01:48AM by suncloud. Re: was food meant to be eaten for human consumption?

Forget the dodging and swerving. I think I better get my running techniques polished! Definitely needed to do that anyway. Re: was food meant to be eaten for human consumption?

Date: December 15, 2013 02:34AM A papaya? Oh. Maybe that explains it. I was running, and I could hear it coming up behind me. I didn't know what it was, so I ducked.
When I looked back to see if anything else was coming, I ran into a papaya tree (I'm a slow runner). Re: was food meant to be eaten for human consumption?

Date: December 15, 2013 10:17AM well, i really was wondering though if any food did not have its shadow aspect
i see that all foods, along with their nutritive gift also have this converse shadow aspect ( which i gave skeletal mention to in my first post) and its the grand journey of each individual to calibrate their way into this maze to find their own "sweet spot" in a way, food mimics people point out a single person that does not have both light and darkness and i'll show you a spinach with no oxalates every time u interact with a person, u are imbibing their frequencies hence you are "consuming" "food" in a matter of speaking, as well cuz food is also frequencies so how many times do u collaborate communicate and be in community with people whom have certain gifts but also have serious shadow aspects to them i bet, everyone you know welcome to the world bon appetit Re: was food meant to be eaten for human consumption?
