Kim is a sentient being deserving of ethical considerations. I heard somebody say so. Though I am not sure if it was Kim's mother or somebody else.

??? LOL!

Powerlifer: I agree. I heard someone say that they lost weight on a fast food diet and when you restrict types of food, it would tend to lower calories since you can only eat certain types of food. About carb restriction, I have heard that ketosis is the reason: [www.livestrong.com] I thought that it meant your body was actually toxic.

Is Atkins diet still relevant when the founder was found with so many health problems at death time. He had heart attack.

First off, I watch to much tv. because of my situation right now LOL. I don't like the Kardashians, they are idiots, but I can't stop watching that train wreck LOL. I'm guessing they are decent people but they just disgust me with their blatant misuse of resources.

in the Atkins diet, they usually restrict the calories (and drop the weight) to like 1500. The effects are constipation (unless drinking olive oil), bad breath, headaches, hair loss, calcium oxalate, urate kidney stones, vomiting, amenorrea, hypercholesterolemia, vitanmin deficiencies, arrythmias, cardiac contractile function impairmennt, sudden death, osteoprosis, kidney damage, increasede cancer risk, lipid abnormalities. Some people endupi taking thrity pills a day to keep floating.

After "Supersize Me," I remember someone doing a fast food diet and losing a bunch of weight. Calorie restriction of any sort will likely yield results but it still doesn't mean it's the way to go.
