Date: November 21, 2006 04:35AM Hi everyone
Tonight for dinner I had a half gallon of veggie juice, it's on the verge of snowing outside, heat is off inside, temp. is 64 deg., I have a tee shirt on, and feel fine. elnatural Re: signs of vitality

I live in VA, I'm from WI, and I walk around in t-shirst or the like when most around here are wearing winter clothing. Now this may be from spending 30 years of life in WI, or from eating well -probably a combination of both.
May everyone a fulfilling day, Arilraw Re: signs of vitality

It actually may not be a coincidence. Here in South Florida the weather dipped yesterday as well as today--around 50°F--which is sort of cool/cold by S. Florida standards. Instead of bundling up like others as I would have in the past, I'm actually comfortable wearing less than usual. Apparently, the body's metabolism is able to adjust easier to weather changes when eating wholesome foods with either minimum or no processing. Wishing you vibrant health Re: signs of vitality
