fermenting MSM

Date: December 22, 2013 06:57PM I've been recently adding MSM to my water kefir. It makes for a cool drink cos when I ferment it for a few days then add it to orange juice it tastes like a cocktail, lol. I'd love to know what affect the fermentation has on the MSM - ie does it make it more easily assimilable etc. My googling turns up stuff on MSM speeding up the fermentation process (which probably explains the cocktail taste,probably got a bit alcoholic lol), wondered if you guys knew of anything?
