Would plain, sprouted tahini (sesame seed butter) be considered a salad dressing?

I was thinking sunflower greens, broccoli sprouts, and alfalfa sprouts with maybe red bell peppers and kalamata olives but I'm not sure if there would be any food combining issues with latter two?

I'd be a lot happier with sprouted tahini if the process didn't suck all the taste out of the seeds. I've never tried to make it myself but I've tried a few brands and they were all even worse than the normal raw tahini, which, let's face it, is pretty awful.

What about sprouted tahini mixed with soaked sun-dried tomatoes?

Nope. That disqualifies it then...

Forgive me if I'm wrong but you seem to be new to this making raw sprout meals taste good thing so I quick googled you some salad dressing recipes in hopes that you don't burn out on the whole idea of sprouts within a few weeks.

IMO, eating sprouts can get old really, really, fast if you don't cultivate top notch flavor combining skill - or recipe googling skills - fairly quickly.
