My favourite salad now

Hello there

This is my now favourite salad now

4 oz bag of alfalfa sprouts
4 oz bag og spicy sprouts
about 8 oz o4 more of mung bean sprouts
1 whole bunch of green onions
about 8 medium mushrooms
hand full of finely ground nuts or seeds
up to 1 whole habenero pepper very finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic fine chopped
about half lemon or lime of juice
few pinches of stevia
avacado can replace nuts or seeds
if I have lentil sprouts on hand they go in too.

fine chop or cut with sciccors all sprouts and onions
chop mushrooms fine
with much joy mix everything together

I didn't say I dont eat other greens. You cant put everything in a salad. What I have found is that sprouts for the most part are better than greens.

Poor me. It's about 60 degrees and sunny!

PS, Here's Arilraw's killer salad:
An avocado
romaine & spinach leaves
celery
carrot
red onion
olives
sun flower seeds
my home-made tahini dressing which ties it all together (I've thougt about selling this dressing on the Net... I'm not sure yet)!

We're talkin' a yummy salad here, people!
