I can see how the "Hilton Hotema" and obviously fake translated essene books stuff has an appeal for teenage boys but it's rather astounding, IMO, how many full grown men still buy into it in the raw food world. Is it necessary to dish out insults to one another for us to effectively communicate? Each of us needs to make the commitment to not respond with an insult if we read a post directed towards us that we may interpret as derogatory. We are not children, after all.

If a post doesn't feel good to you, instead of responding with an insult, communicate what it was about the post in question that didn't feel good, so that perhaps, the next time the author may find a better way to communicate with you in such a way that no one gets offended.
