Date: December 03, 2006 01:32AM but not completely. Also I am not completely raw, only about 82% raw today.
Here's what I ate today (things with appreciable kcal content), all volume quantities approximate except for flax, which I actually measured: 2 large empire apples 2 oz florida avocado 1/3 cup blackberries 1/2 cup blueberries 1/4 cup cherries 1/2 cup red grapes 2 large oranges 2 small red oranges 1/3 c red bell pepper 1 small yellow squash 1 cup strawberies 1 large tomato 3/4 head romaine 1/2 cup onion 2 cups spinach 1/2 c alfalfa sprouts 3 brazil nuts 1/3 oz coconut meat from brown hairy coconut 5 walnuts 2 tsp olive oil 2 tbsp flax seed cooked kcals: 1 cup soymilk 1/2 c crowder peas 1.5 tbsp rice protein powder (low temp, but enzyme processed) Met all requirements, except zinc which was low. Fiber is in the 65-70g range, fat in the high 20s. Protein is a little more than 10%. omega6:3 ratio is about 2:1. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 12/03/2006 01:34AM by arugula. Date: December 03, 2006 01:59AM I'm starting to think the same lately. These days I normally have fruit for breakfast (either whole, juiced, or a mix of both in smoothy), fruit snacks and nut snacks, leafy greens for lunch, fruits and nuts, and big fruit dinner. I still do the groumet/fancy recipe thing, eat/make fermented foods and buy prepared raw foods (I like to support my local raw food cafes), but only a few times a week (as opposed to atleast one meal a day). I don't intend to do the fruitirian thing, but I find it's interesting that I've recently gravitated towards a high fruit diet.
Cheers, Ian. Re: i guess i am mostly fruitarian, too.
