Date: December 03, 2006 08:26PM hi! im talking bout seeds not nuts. if a seed is labelled raw in the store such as Whole Foods raw pumpkin seeds can i be safe to think its super 100% raw? i know with nuts its hard to know, but im speaking of solely seeds. such as sunflower, pumpkin, and some others. im guessing i should also call the company to confirm.
