Have tried an Avocado and Banana smoothie?
Or you can make like a fudge sauce with carob and avocardo (I think the recipe is on here).

You can blend them up in soups to make them thicker and creamy. I've seen recipes for key lime pie using avos. You can use them to make a thick creamy salad dressing. Dang! I'm hungry now!

After I sculpture a christmas tree out of the avocado, I'll throw it into the blender and make Coconutcreams's yummy soup recipe!

Blend with orange juice for a yummy salad dressing.

Chop up with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, corn, purple onions, cilantro and lime juice for a yummy mexican salad.

Blend with bananas, raw carob powder and soaked dates for a delicious chocolate mousse.

All the best,

I use them as part of a nori roll, with cauliflower rice (made by mixing cauliflower and soaked chia seeds in food processor) put on the nori first, then an assortment of veggies like carrots, cucumbers, sprouts, sweet pepper, cilantro, celery, etc. then line it all with avocado slices & roll it up! Then dip into dipping sauce of choice.

Love,
Uma

Will it give a more "rice" taste if you add the soaked chia-seeds?

Not really the taste, the chia seeds are more for consistency. The soaked chia gets really gooey, and mixed with the cauliflower if you experiment and get the right moisture level (not so wet as to ruin the nori), it works kinda like sticky rice! I use a head of cauliflower to maybe 2/3 to 1 Tbsp chia seeds.

Uma

Oh yeah I almost forgot: sometimes I like to peel the avocado and just eat it like an apple. YUM!
