cantaloupe seeds shelflife n q's about other fruit seeds

Date: August 06, 2014 03:41PM What is the shelflife of cantaloupe seeds, in and out of the fridge?
And what is the best way to prepare them (not being roasted)? I use my teeth to get the inside of the seed out, since the outside is too hard. Also, I recently found out people can eat watermelon seeds, n I really dislike how most places sell seedless now. What other fruit seeds can be eaten, n which cannot? Cantaloupe should not be eaten with anything else even the seeds. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
