Date: September 01, 2014 08:31PM You cannot juice them.
You cannot blend them. Yet they must have something to offer to a raw vegan. Re: Raw Artichoke - Any Recipe ?

Or you can eat baby artichokes. Re: Raw Artichoke - Any Recipe ?

Date: September 02, 2014 09:20PM I never tried this yet, but will a dehydrator soften them up? Perhaps take the leaves off, and try dehydrating them. Re: Raw Artichoke - Any Recipe ?

but i see the artichoke and it seems like it has like... just a tiny itsy bitsy little wee bitty portion of the tip of the leaf that is edible and plus it is totally non edible raw and i'm thinking why would i spend the time to make this little itsy bitsy tiny inedible thing edible? HA HA.. just how i feel never tried marinating it or anything but hey... that is because i lack education on the how to's of artichoke making (yep, it happens more times than you would believe.. and right in your own neighborhood) so, please give me some tips and enlighten me Edited 1 time(s). Date: September 03, 2014 06:38AM I once saw a video by Victor Van Rambutan with Michael Arnstein in it, in which the art of cutting an artichoke was explained. You can eat it as is. It is crunchy. I should try one day.
Oh, here it is: How To Eat A RAW Artichoke RawGosia channel RawGosia streams Re: Raw Artichoke - Any Recipe ?

After watching the video, artichoke is real diamond. It is not this "little itsy bitsy tiny inedible thing" la_veronique is referring to. You have deep deeper into the ground to get to the precious metal. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
