The uric acid levels sky rocket on ketogenic diets. This makes your body very acidic (cancer?) and prone to kidney stones. People also age faster on a fat diet since fat is loaded with advanced glycations end-products (AGEs)

your ph goes down (acidic)
you age faster (high AGEs from food)
bone demineralization (osteoporosis)
lack of fiber and other derivative bad stuff

perhaps may not be so good for his vascular system.

then after a while on his diet he binged on all kinds of cakes and desserts (instead of fruit?)

last i read he is off his keto or borderline and swings back and forth.

Thanks for the clarification fresh an Panchito.
It is dangerous to promote a 80% fat diet.
Fat is heavy, not cleansing.
There is nothing out there that can beat fresh fruits and vegetables.
