It seems that little by little Costco has increase their organic inventory. I buy lots of stuff there. But I also have to stop other places to get other stuff.

large bags of carrots
large bags of cherries (4lb frozen)
large bags of berries (3 lb frozen)
lots of different apples
greens (spring mix and spinach mix)
coconut water
bananas
seeds (chia,flax,etc)
(and other non raw foods like quinoa, etc)

And other non organic stuff (many fruits) like oranges, lemonds, grapes, pomegranates, etc. Nuts of all types (3 lbs bags), dates, mangos, etc.

there are other stuuf online (but haven't looked hard):

sprouting kit:

lots of "emergency stot=rage stuff": [www.costco.com]

How do you compare Costco with other places?

I went in there once or twice with friends. I did not see an organic section. I just bought lots of commercial fruit and I saw dehydrated thai coconut in their bulk section. Its like going to Ikea, the novelty.

I did go to Ikea yesterday and always get stuff under 1000$ for the entire house and this time $250 to give my house a face lift, new curtains, shower curtains, rods, art, lamps.

I saw a video that was circulating of fish in costco with worms in it, Let me try to find it.
WAIT

THERE ARE A TON OF YOUTUBE VIDEOS SHOWING WORMS IN FISH PACKAGES TPED BY CELL PHONE< WHILE SHOPPING

I am so glad I do not eat fish. What do you think of those videos guys?

I've got phone calls from Costco when things I buy are recalled (fruits). They are good at that. One of my favority things is the 4 lb frozen Cherry bag. It is like a no effort icecream easy to throw in smoothies or in a bowl or mixed with anything. They are ripe too (picked at the right time). I also love the frozen berries bags. Costco has many coconut products. The coconut chips you mention are baked (not raw). They sell organic coconut oil (carrington farms) cold press unrefined, extra virgin, etc. But I don't use it because of the big (1.5L) container. It is cheap though. It would be good for skin lotion (my only usage). Before it goes bad (like 3 months), I would only use like 1/20th or even less. So I don't buy no more.

I forgot about the organic dried fruits:

dried figs (really good quality)
dried raisins (4 Lbs), good to sweeten smoothies or alone
dried berries (meh, it has sunflower oil), expensive though it has goji berries

There are many other dried fruits but not organic.

I saw this recipe once with those ingredients panchito, what you do is soak them in a jar of water in the fridge overnight. It becomes an ambrosia jelly like thing in the morning.

ok. Never tried to soak them before but I may do just for fun. Today I also got a box of organic apricots from costco. The bag of red apples took a few days to get ready. Today I tired them and they got sweet. Apples, apples, apples. I may have top review my book "Eating on the Wild Side" to see which one is better (gala, fuji, red delicius, ranier, etc).

I saw the coconut water containers at Costco but they were not refrigerated.
Are they of any value. Cherries and blueberries are kept frozen but not coconut water

I get coconut water only for the electrolytes. Coconut water is not raw (imported) unless you buy the coconuts themselves (also imported) and drink the water. You can either carry a box of non raw coconut water or an expensive heavy sack of raw coconuts smiling smiley from expensive supermarkets. It is your option.

You are making a good point. I will get a supply at my next visit at Costco.
Young coconuts are also at about 5 dollars where I live, that gives me another option. I do not have to carry sacks of them, just sold less than a mile away.
I guess there is no easy way to commercialize coconut water.
