Raw for mental health
Posted by: Soselma ()

Hi everyone,

My name is Sonia I'm 27 and I've discovered the existence of the Raw Lifestyle in my teenage years. I have been seriously contemplating being 100% raw for almost four month now.

The main reason why I want to live this life is because the food I eat is like a filter on my mood, it's crazy. THe beginning of this journey has been great, I feel light and whithout restriction.

Nontheless I feel like the social aspect is the most stressful part for me, I still cannot have guests at home without serving them cheese in the salads I prepare. I live in France, for me this is the most difficult food to avoid.

I'm here to support anyone who needs helps or wants to share their raw journey with me.

xx
Sonia

Hi Sonia,

it might be time to do a vegan food prepartion course so you can make food that will be satisfying to SAD taste buds. If you have to cook some food for guests, so be it.

Raw does wonders for mental health. Just stick around this forum and bathe in the nourishing calm of enlightened souls. It has to be seen to be believed.

<<<Nontheless I feel like the social aspect is the most stressful part for me...>>>

Hi Sonia,

I have written on this many times as it is, indeed, one of the main reasons why it's so hard to break away from the herd.

<<<I'm here to support anyone who needs helps or wants to share their raw journey with me.>>>

Thanks for your support, but beware there are a lot of SICKOS that frequent this website. HH, for example is Bi-Polar and half the time he wants to rip off your head. And then, we have SueZ Shill who is paid to come here and create FEAR and Chaos!!!

PLEASE ignore the trolls and continue to share your insights!!!

Unfortunately, the TRUTH has ENEMIES and this includes the SHILLS, like SueZ and the Useful Idiots like suncloud, just to name a few.

Run, Sonia, run from this puffed up old clown who's social graces include such things as posting threads of his "breakaway from the herd" topics with such titles as "Hitler was one of the good guys".

John, I hope you don't see me as a shillbot. I questioned you about your Hitler posts, only because he was making crazy-sounding speeches. But I keep an open mind about it. In any case. I agree with you about ebola and the other issues.

I have a couple of thoughts about your post. First of all, there is no law that you have to serve cheese to your guests, even in France. If they are really friends, they will appreciate your hospitality, despite the lack of fromage.

Also, there is a thread on here showing nut cheese. It looks very elegant. Check it out.

What else are you going to say? That you do have aliases? I don't think so. You can deny all you want, but I am on to you girl!!!

Who? Raw Alice? Rawshak? The list is endless of people who sign up and start dredging up threads from 7 years ago. I would admit to it if I did. I sure as hell wouldn't accuse others of it if I were doing it.

I know the truth. But hey, you go on with your bad self. I think we all know that my BS detector, much like your intuition, is not submittable evidence.

Accusing others of doing what you're doing would be a pretty standard tactic in deflecting attention away from yourself.

If I had known that you were a professor, I would have never dissed your profession as I did. I have had great professors. Grad school just wasn't for me. I am bored silly by "research." And the kicker is that my advisor was also one of my profs and stated that the reason sugar was no longer studied is because they DETERMINED that it did not cause hyperactivity. That is such bull. Probably it's because the sugar lobby is massive. Any contrary evidence is blocked from publication in the "academic journals," much as the CDC sat on contrary evidence regarding MMR vaccines. Academia is now part of the sham but I think this dude (my prof) was just one miserable SOB. He was a musician also and I think he just picked teaching/advising so he could ensure a cushy life.

As I said, I meant nothing to you personally and I hope you will understand that.
