I should scan my "degree" they gave me, a certificate for the course I took.. at Ann Wigmore Institute in Puerto Rico, right on the beach. I cried - it was hard, mostly all the detox from the greens and sprouts...and they took photos of the whole group and we had rejuvelac mixed with beet juice to represent pink champagne. They gave us bags of dehydrated veggie chips.

Puerto Rico is wild. We snuck out one day. Hung out with some fake puerto rican indians.

My roommate had a tumor in her armpit. I played puzzles all night with a lady who had stage 4 cancer. I was reading the book Twilight.

We heard stories on how every week or two Ann would fly all the way to Puerto Rico on her own from Boston and how much energy she had.

One of the guys in my class was a photographer so we took pics on the beach. I don't like my blonde hair though.

Do you like my cherry ring? Swatch brand..haha also my Martha's Vineyard bag and my dress from South Beach..

Here I am

Here was a typical meal

As you can see, its a detox diet. I threw in papayas in everything anyways.

Okay thanks for the tip. I did neither of those when I vomited, nor did I eat fruit afterwards. What is the temperature you use that avoids mold growth? I read in one wheatgrass book that the soil has to be very fine or mold will grow. Is that true?

That's kind of coincidental. One of Ann Wigmore's former husband's three sisters lived in Puerto Rico at the time of his Oct. 1969 death per his obit. Her name was Mrs. Janaro Suarez. Perhaps that's where the tie-in to place originally came from.

Hmm, KFCA, that's a new one. Was Ann Wigmore in attendance at her husband's/ex's funeral, too? When did she open shop in Puerto Rico? I've never read anything about any relationship she had with her sister in law - or that she had three of them. It seems there may have been other people who were just erased from the tales in addition to her own brother.

Don't know if Ann attended her ex-husband's funeral. His obit only gave his living survivors by name including current wife, his & Ann's daughter[Wilma], & his three sisters.

Ann DID mention the sisters-in-law's existence in her book, Why Suffer, but only as: "As the only boy in a household with three doting, older sisters...."

Two of his sisters were "witnesses" on Ann's 1941 Citizenship papers---forgot which two.

As to when did she open shop in Puerto Rico, if google Puerto Rico Secretary of State-Business Entities, then "Wigmore", you'll find copies of various papers filed by the Wigmore Corp. The first Cert. of Incorporation was filed April 10, 1990, four years before Ann's death, with Directors being Ann Wigmore, Amparo Ramirez Tejada & Octavia Maldonado Pons. That's about as close as I can come to "opening shop" in PR.

Thank you, KFCA, I'm trying to learn how to be more resourceful with my searches. Somehow it never dawned on me to go to the gov. forms instead of thrashing about on the web. I will also get back to reading "Why Suffer". I have ne excuse for not knowing about the sisters since I have the book. I'm hoping this is the only life story type book she wrote. I'm finding myself hardly up for just the one.

BTW, SueZ, you can do the exact same thing for Mass. & Fl (the latter where the current HHI resides). I saw on one of the filed Mass. "merger" documents circa 1982 for Rising Sun/Hippocrates that Ann W. was President of the new corporation, Brian Clement was Treasurer, and somebody named Becky Clement was Clerk. I've found this little search trick to be very helpful in the past.

Thanks again, KFCA! Starting to look like Ann Wigmore had the whole Clement families' hands in her pockets.

Brian Clement as treasurer sounds like a big mistake to me. Live and learn I guess.

Any tricks for finding out what HHI is taking in in bequests from the hypnotized?

Turns out the "somebody named Becky Clement" was Brian Clement's prior wife. According to the Florida Divorce Index 1927-2001, Brian Robert Clement & Becky Clement were divorced in Palm Beach County, Florida on August 20, 1990. Her birth year was 1955.

Yes, chewing the juices is very important because it helps digestion and keeps a nice energy balance for the body. When you don't chew juices the effect is not as goodbecause the real power and balance isn't released.

To avoid vomiting:

* chew juices
* may want to mix greens together and even mix rejuvalic
* have fruit 25 minutes afterwards until the body becomes detoxed enough.

That is not 100% true because varioius factors can come into account, but finer soil free of bark etc is always preferred to keep possibility of mold growth minimal.

Let me start of post on mold soon. I pre-wrote it a couple of weeks ago. I had a savage mold plague and not a single sprout would grow. How did l tame it? You'll see soon.

Had the worst mold outbreak in 6 months and this was the result for all my microgreens. Mold is devastating and can be hard to get rid of.

What is the most potent solution to mould? A = H202. The mold problem went away instantly and now things are back to normal again.

Wow. So much for his canned self congratulatory 'devoted husband' image he'd have us swallow whole if that's true.

Thanks, KFCA, for filling in yet another piece of the timeline puzzle.

"In 1978, Ann Wigmore and Brian Clement were invited to speak at a conference in Sweden, where Brian and Anna first met. For Brian, it was love at first sight. Two years later, Anna came to Boston to experience the Hippocrates program for herself. A year following, she asked Brian if she could come work at Hippocrates and the rest is history."

I'm very sure it's true SuzE.

On the Articles of Domestic Merger filed with the Massachusetts Secretary of State on October 31, 1982, Ann's personal address was (already) given as 196 Commonwealth Ave. Boston(note not Exeter), and Brian & Becky's addresses were both given as 11 Hayward Street, Eston. MA.

Then in a document filed with the Florida Secretary of State on 2/4/1987, Brian's & Becky's addresses were both given as 126 Alhambra, West Palm Beach, FL.

I thought perhaps they could possibly be siblings, living at the same address, but finding them in the Florida Divorce Index somehow changed my mind.

And yes, that is a Charming Love Story, even if it doesn't really fit the timeline.

Yes, that jibes with the report of her ownership of 196 in June of that year.

A relatively modest abode. But where did lover Anne Marie live? There with Brian and his wife? At the Institute with Ann while Brian's wife worked there, too, as the clerk?

But, but ...there doesn't seem to be a 126 Alhambre in West Palm Beach.

So which one is Brian's kid's mother? Did he haul both women down to Fl to live with him?

I wonder whatever happened to wife #1. I would guess she is somehow set, financially, for life. Haven't heard a peep out of her.

That's a charming love story alright, lol. I can just imagine the tears of joy welling up in Becky Clement's eyes at the romantic wistful memories it must have brought up for her if she happened to read it.

I'm just guessing, but likely sometime between 1987 & 2008 (which year that palatial house at "130" was built), a couple of addresses/houses came down, and that's how 126 Alhambra Place disappeared into history, That's real estate in "tony" areas for you.

I don't know what happened to Becky. She may have remarried. Doesn't Brian Clement have four children?

It does look like the Clement place was a tear down for 130, now that you mention it. 130's property tax in 2004 was only $2,526 so it looks like 126 was gone by then.

I don't know how many kids he has or which wife they were from. At one web site, in a post from 2009, it said "he" had four children ranging in age from 26 to 11. On the back cover of one of the Clement's books it says "they" have three.

OK, I looked a little further, and Becky R. Clement seems to have become Becky R. Sirois. Her current age is given as 59, which correlates to a 1955 birth year. The White Pages gives previous listing locations for her as both North Easton, Mass. & West Palm Beach, FL. Using 2009, a 26 year old would have had a circa 1983 birth, so it looks like she & Brian Clement had at least one child during their marriage.

Hard to hide things in the Computer Age.

SueZ: I have no idea when the first/earlier marriage began; only when the Florida Divorce Index said it ended, which was 1990. I'm not sure what you're basing your conclusions on. The Massachusetts Corporate documents give Becky the Clement name as early as 1982. For someone born in 1955, it could have been at least several years earlier.

KFCA, I just noticed on her white pages list there were two Clements in their 30's, one in their 20's and one, "Duke"/Douglas Clement, in his 50's. I doubt his first wife had a son when she was 9 but maybe "Duke" is not even Brian's son. I'm not concluding anything I just though it was peculiar.

Since it looks like BC was born in 1951, making him, what, age 63?, probably unlikely he had a son at age 12 or 13 either.

That's true - if that's his real age. I was under the impression he was older. I saw a website that was remarking how young he looked for being almost 70 that was posted in 2010. He looks a lot older than 63 to me but who knows.

Coconutcream, did you know that every time you add a huge photo to a thread it reformats the whole thread so only one half of the page can be seen at a time?

Is there some way you can make your photos fit this site's format so they don't make reading the text almost impossible?
