Thankyou so much for the feedback, it tells me l need to define my purpose and website much more clearly. My website is unique in that it is a highly specialist site. The website assumes you have done background research into diet. Most websites introduce basic raw food 101 ideas and information, but my website is more a raw food 404 site that goes right into the nitty gritty stuff and talks about strategies that other sites don't cover. It is a raw food niche site. It is not only about putting people on 100% sprouts, it is about working out what diet works best for them, but that will include some sprouts.

My site is also intended as the place you go to when you have tried raw vegan diets but have failed. This is the place to go to when you really want to stay raw. We will disect the diet and implement stategies usually not used in order to try and make it work. Basically, if the bespoke raw vegan diet won't work, it is simply not to be at this point in time.

Soon l promote myself as a raw food diet specialist, and that means a person you work with to create a highly customised bespoke diet. I will NOT sell a diet package, because that assumes many of us have the same dietary requirements. The way l will work is to have a person work with me over a period of a few years where-by they ring me up every few months and l monitor them, do background research and suggest any appropiate dietary changes if needed...the diet will be highly specialised and refined to best suit that person over the long term, and we can only do that by experimentation and finding the optimal remedy for the feedback the client gives. If athletes want calories, we can deal with that too via more fruit and higher fat etc, but that means other protective foods need to be added to balance things out.

Bespoke diets are the future, not diet packages. Diets may work excellently for a few months and then it may not work as good, so adjustments will be needed. Nothing ever stays the same = diets don't always stay the same because seasons don't always stay the same, and people don't always stay the same.

High fruit is best? High fat is best? Baloney.

It's not your site, I just have pretty bad reading comprehension. Things just seem to flutter in and out of my head as fast as I read them, so I have to re-read EVERYTHING multiple times to be sure I got the point. I am interested in sprouting and the benefits it can provide. I set up some of my mason jars today for sprouting and will be giving my first batch a try over this next week to see what I can get growing. I'll be trying the broccoli greens, radish greens and mung beans. I will see how that goes before making more sprouting jars or seeing if a different system may work better than jars for me. I also want to (over the next few months) continue to research the subject of raw foods to become better informed. In the short term, I think I will keep my diet low fat until I have a better understanding of the role the fats, starches and sugars play in the body. Again, I am outlining a research plan for myself but in the meanwhile I do not want to regress back to cooked foods, so I will be following the "raw food" pyramid I see many places online which focuses on greens, fruits and veg and sprouts with less emphasis on nuts and seeds.

I think it's great you are actually trying to help people on a personal case-by case level. It should prove to be an interesting venture. I will continue to check in on your site to keep up. This is indeed a very in depth subject and I definitely need to get up to speed so I can better my own diet and contribute more to these discussions.
