RF&O 14 Day Survive the Christmas Challenge

Ok Dudes and Dudettes...

This is the start of the RF&O 14 Day Survive the Christmas Challenge....

This is also tied in with the challenge of the week....the only rules are that you stay as raw as you can and stay active for 14 days!

This is good for those that want to try going raw just to try it out and have some where to record their experience and it's good for those that are currently 100% Raw and need support over the Christmas period.

Guidelines:


1) STAY AS RAW AS YOU CAN...PART OF THE CHALLENGE IS TO BE 100% RAW.

2) SHARE WITH THE REST OF US HOW YOU ARE DOING.

3) STAY ACTIVE BY TAKING PART IN THE RF&O FITNESS CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK.

4) STATE HOW RAW YOUR GONNA GO WHEN YOU START.

I have a question and a comment, F1:

What is a a glute ham raise? I found glute-ham sit up on your site, is that the same thing?

My comment is that upon browsing the exercises on your site I saw the burpees and got all excited - I used to do those in 8th grade gym and I totally forgot about them! (I always thought the name was funny)
