Well worth a watch if you suffer from digestive problems, allergies, or immune issues.

IMO the best way to get probiotics is from fermented foods and drinks thumbs down

Maybe there is a fight between the good bacteria and bad bacteria inside.
Good vs Evil
God vs Satan
If the bad ones win then we are into a lot of troubles.
Life begins in the colon

It seems like when the digestive system works food is processed more efficiently and we can eat less. A well tuned car engine gets good milage out of gas
