Acidic / alkaline producing foods

Date: December 21, 2006 09:43PM I would like to find out more about the theory of acidic / alkaline producing foods as well as see a list of these foods. The lists I could on the internet all conflict with each other and provide no references at all. While the theory makes general sense, I would like to read up on it in more medically reputable sources.
Thanks. Re: Acidic / alkaline producing foods

In order for the theory to make sense though one has to accept that raw food is the optimum diet. Unfortunately most medical people either don't know or don't accept it yet. Re: Acidic / alkaline producing foods
