I want to share a toothpaste recipe

baking soda
tea tree oil

that's it

just get a cup and mix the two ingredients together
wet your toothbrush

and dip in

brush teeth

teeth is clean and also the tea tree oil is antibacterial etc.

mouth feels refreshing

also u can add peppermint oil

but i prefer tea tree
the reason is because tea tree is anti bacterial and it has that refreshing ness to it

peppermint it good too if u want to feel like you want your sinuses and lungs to feel even more expansive and "minty"

also you can add a little bit of water to your baking soda mixture but not too much or it will get a bit "milky" looking and not very solid

add little drops of water but don't pour a lot

i've experimented with clay too

but i like baking soda better for some reason

and your teeth really will feel incredibly clean

because baking soda is a mild abrasive

if u wish to make it portable
purchase a small little plasic container
and put the baking soda and tea tree oil in there
and when it comes time to brush your teeth, just wet your toothbrush and dip in

i think if its portable, the mixture shouldn't be wet
because it won't keep as fresh

if its dry
it will keep better

u can also use this as a shampoo

but honestly, it is a bit drying

and if you have a lot of hair

then, it is a bit trying
but it will get it clean ( sort of )... depends on how much hair you have to work with.. the more hair you have and the thicker it is, the more messier it is

but i'm thinking if you have short hair, then it is easy as pie

it works better as a toothpaste

it works fantastic as a toothpaste 10 on a scale of 1- 10

and on a scale of 1 to 10 , as a shampoo.. i'll give it a 3

but if u have very short hair .. if u are a guy and have super cropped hair
then i'm guessing, it would work very very well

Don't swallow and rinse thoroughly; it has a very high sodium content: about 1.3 g per tsp.

well it wouldn't be a good idea to swallow any toothpaste unless it is coconut oil
