This is one hour. I am giving it a listen. I wonder who miss ritamarie is. She met him in 1985.
The sound on this is not that great. Its like that speakerphone sound. So Dr Graham is a chiropractor. He wrote books yet. Yes he is so fabulous.
His resume is so long and he is all about fitness. Sports authority. WOW he does a lot. She flattered him and he is reminiscing on her blue bikini when they met.

Thank you Diogenez, what did you get out of this.

Natural Hygiene is the science of human health. He says.

TODAY everything is different. It means something different. He says if his arm gets cut off he is going to run to the doctor. Thats intelligent choice he says. Diet and lifestyle or FOODSTYLE what he calls, you cannot undo genetics. It doesn't mean u won't get run over by a bus..

Doug Graham has these eyes. Like they see right through you. They are dark brown.

I wish he can talk to me for free on the phone. I would love to be life coached. I always liked Doug. I think his voice is calming. Milky. Smooth.

Now he is talking about goals. Don't spend time on you 900th goal but your number one one. Man this is too long. Is there a part I should hear? I have limited time on internet.

He says it takes a brave person to eat junk food and he is not brave he says. WA WA WA WHAT?

A picture of him is shown at some point, he looks very skinny, not the image of someone who is healthy.

I like how Dr Ritamarie talks about the blood sugar problems she gets if she eats any bananas or too much of other fruits (about 13 - 14 mins), yet according to Natural Hygienists pushing the high questionable `glycemic index' and `glycemic loading' theories this shouldn't be happening. I posted some science on the potential dangers of this situation not too long ago, yet people still choose to conveniently ignore it.

Generally a pretty boring conversation about nothing of any note. Skipped through it after 30 mins.

i did not give it a listen, but if she has blood sugar problems if she eats "any" bananas, that does not mean it's the bananas. that means it's her current bodily state.

The biggest point to be made is that Doug's idea of "just eat your fruit and vegetables" cannot always apply in reality and is highly irresponsible advice. It was beautiful moment when the lady said she can't eat too many fruits and that she needs more greens and fats in the diet...poor old Doug couldn't say much at all except to deliver some meaningless words in order to get over the awkward moment. The lady was her own person and she didn't play ball with Doug, she just told the awkward truth.

Doug needs to be careful who he does interviews with because he can be easily tripped up. He needs to find like minded diet people or mindless puppets who will say yes and agree to everything he says so he looks like a hero.

I can accept that you feel that way.

there was a similar awkward moment in the tavis interview when tavis corrected dan by telling him he still eats a lot of fruit.

Loren wrote back to me today about stuff, so now l have decided l am going to sink him once and for all. I will bring up the blood sugar problems some people have with fruit and l will point out the flaws in the glycemic index and loading and post some really reeeely scarey studies that will make his eyes open up big. I will pull out all the heavy artilliary and finally sink Loren.

He actually agreed with me when l said that the fake gurus in the raw movement are now being exposed by the internet. HA!

Time to pull out the big guns. He is going to need a very strong boat not to get sunk this time around. We'll test his metal...we'll see what he is made of.

actually he answered her question quite accurately and thoroughly.
the only reason it could not be determined exactly is because she has no idea how much fat she eats.

and the rest of the video was actually very good
