Nah, just build the bacteria levels up in the body and you should be o.k.

Phytase is of paramound importance when fermenting foods with moderate - high levels of tannins in them.


Btw, soaking times for seeds can greatly vary. For eg, l soak for the following times:

* flax = 4 hours
* sesame = 4 hours
* Broccoli = 4 hours
* lentil = 8 - 12 hours
* chickpea = 12 = 18 hours (depends on weather and size etc)
* sunflower 3 - 4 hours
