Leaves at The Top of Carrots

What are the leaves at the top of carrots called and are they a nutritional source? Can they be eaten in any particular way?

Carrots are in the parsley family, along with parsnip, celery, celeriac, cumin, cilantro, chervil, fennel, anise carraway and, coriander/cilantro.

I'd expect the nutrient profile to be similar to parsley, cilantro, and fennel leaves.

You can toss a handful in your salads and smoothies. But don't eat much of them because they contain chemicals (psoralens) that cause photosensitivity. You might find them irritating if they brush against your skin.
