Still interesting to see the numbers. Try it, i guarantee you'll learn something. I tracked on Cronometer.com for 4 days results: - average calories divided by bodyweight = 17 - lipids - 12.4% - protein - 5.3% - carbs - 82.3% - 60g fiber - omega 3 - 1.4g - omega 6 - 3.7g - protein 31g - all vitamins and minerals were sufficient I usually eat more greens, so some of the numbers might be a bit higher normally, like omegas, fiber, protein foods: dates bananas coconut water tangerine juice celery avocado black olives grapes blueberries tomatoes cherimoya mangos black sapote mamey sapote romaine green leaf red leaf raspberries blackberries strawberries 2 brazil nuts Re: nutrient calculator log
