But Mother Nature is smarter than us and delivers things in perfect ratios. Perhaps it sounds weird to say, but I can feel the difference in blood flow between different foods when I consume them. Couldn't agree more on oil. Re: pritikin article on fats

Date: February 27, 2015 06:45PM According with some people in this forum, they did not do the study with raw express delivered truck fresh - stone crushed - extra virgin and extra thick. The study was based when people did not have internet and could not do express deliveries. Therefore, negative studies do not affect them. Re: pritikin article on fats
