Us humans like to think that we're so smart.
But Mother Nature is smarter than us and delivers
things in perfect ratios.

Perhaps it sounds weird to say, but I can feel the difference
in blood flow between different foods when I consume them.
Couldn't agree more on oil.

According with some people in this forum, they did not do the study with raw express delivered truck fresh - stone crushed - extra virgin and extra thick. The study was based when people did not have internet and could not do express deliveries. Therefore, negative studies do not affect them.
