I couldnt find anything in his book about peanuts. But it didnt say bake them or baked peanuts.

Fascinating man, I have a ton of his books, had them for years, they're great.Yes, he made a raw bread but he also had baked ones. The peanuts in his recipes were always baked in a fairly low heat oven.

He believed that with a fruit and bread diet and two days of fasting per week, we could live 1000+ years. Unfortunately he only lived to the age of 74...

I wonder if they serve veggie pudding!

Great article...Eating healthy, mostly raw, food, including organic vegetables, soups, and cheese made from their own goats’ milk, the Szekelys germinated their own grain, ground it, and formed it into crackers, baked in the sun in the summer and in ovens in winter. Although Edmond aspired to eat like the Essenes near the Dead Sea, being in Mexico they ate, in a sense, pre-Columbian natural food at a time when processed food was taking over America.

Here's an idea for you, Coconutcream. Take your family down there and show them how to stay raw vegan. You can help them out AND get yourself back to a climate where you belong - just don't go back to the wet and cold. Stay there!

It looks wonderful and you can even get married there now ...
