dehyrator temp.

how do I find out how hot my new Christmas dehydrator is? there are no adjustments just an on/off button. it is a Nesco Snackmaster Entree.I have looked on there website and seached google and wikpeidia. hmmmm. sure makes nice dried food.

I use a "chocolate" thermonitor to calibrate my dehydrator. Even with a thermostat, they tend to be off.

Was just checking out dehydrators in the Living and Raw Foods Maketplace, (unfortunately they don't ship the Excaliburs to Canada) but anyway there is a message from the manufacturer about temperature in their dehydrators, very good info on how they operate.
