Date: May 11, 2015 05:41PM according to cronometer,
which uses usda database, which foods contain (not necessarily in "sufficient" amounts, just that they contain the nutrient) all necessary omega 3,6, minerals, amino acids, vitamins except D and b12? (I do not know if these foods typically don't contain the nutrients noted, or it is sample error - just reporting what it says.) romaine- yes spinach- yes tomatoes- no selenium alfalfa sprouts- yes lentil sprouts- no tryptophan mangos- no cystine bananas- yes celery- no omega 3 coconut water and milk - no - missing several avocado - yes blueberries - yes strawberries - yes apples - no selenium chia seeds - yes pistachios - yes hemp seeds - yes tangerines - no vit k dates - no fats , c , selenium, E cherries - no sodium, selenium peaches - no sodium olives - no cystine, tryptophan, folate, b2 figs - no omega 3 Re: what foods contain all nutrients?

if you didn't find it interesting or informative, you are free to ignore or make some comment. although i found your comment, as usual, quite pointless and ignorant. Re: what foods contain all nutrients?

Date: June 29, 2015 08:43AM It’s a very interesting question and I even haven’t thought of asking it to myself! Life would be a bore (and the table as well!) if that food existed. I don’t think there’s one food that can be chewed that contains all the essential nutrients. Well, it’s just a guess. : )
